Preparation and Heating Instructions
Defrost product prior to cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preheat oven to 190c. Remove pork from the bag and place into a tray along with the cooking liquor. Roast fat side up for 35 minutes until crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
